A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, or full payment if the commencement of the holiday is less than six weeks from the time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs E A Handford.
Bookings (other than for short breaks) are from Friday to Friday, with arrival from 2.00 pm and departure by 10.00 am. Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided, but not beach towels.
Please note the owners of the properties cannot accept liability to any person or pet during their stay for personal injury, loss or damage to property, however sustained or caused, nor for the loss or theft of property and/or money.
Wren cottage sleeps two, the Old Stables five. Additional persons will be charged at a rate of £10 per person per night.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome at the farm, there is a charge of £15 per dog per week. A dog sitting service can be provided if required.
Declaration
I understand that this is a booking agreement solely for the holiday property mentioned above for the dates specified and that the accommodation booked is only for those persons and pets listed on this booking form.
